Features of innovative scientific project management

Abstract: Views of scientists concerning life cycle of an innovative scientific project are investigated are defined in the article. Two strategies (push and pull strategies) are considered and adapted for innovative scientific projects. The author's vision of the development process and implementation of innovative scientific projects based on push and pull strategies is suggested.
