The aim of the study was to experimentally test the effectiveness of didactic conditions for the development of students’ research competence in the study of the humanities. Several complementary methods were used in the experimental study: a comprehensive test to assess the levels of research competence (S.A. Mishyn); Zamfir’s Motivation of Professional Activity modified by A.N. Rean; adapted Starkey’s Critical Thinking test; Simonov’s Education Level technique, author’s questionnaire with open-ended questions to determine the importance of research competence for students in the course of their professional education. The results of the pedagogical experiment revealed the effectiveness of the introduction of innovative forms of theoretical training (lectures and seminars) for the development of research competence in future specialists in the humanities classes. The research found the main directions of innovative experience of improving lectures, seminars as a form of education for the development of students’ research competence. The research showed that it is possible to develop research competence in the process of teaching humanities depending on the types of training (theoretical, practical). It is important to organize the students’ cognitive activity in the course of theoretical training, while it is necessary to apply the problem method of teaching in the practical classes. We consider the study of the problem of continuity in the development of the research culture of the individual under the conditions of continuing education as a prospect for further research.

The topical problems of increasing country's competitiveness, considering world experience, should be solved only in accordance with modern requirements of rapidly changing information society, where competitive advantages largely depend on the quality of human resources and investments in human capital. The article describes the practical aspects of the development of internationalization of professional education in Ukraine on the experience of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, clarifies the current opportunities for improving the quality of education in the light of international practice on the example of the Benemérita Autonomous University of Puebla (Mexico), and identifies the ways to realize the potential of partnership in vocational education in Ukraine. The experience of Ukraine, Poland, and Mexico, where the key condition for integration into the global university of knowledge is the quality of higher educinternational curriculacordance with international curricula standards, has been analysed. The practical experience of international scientific activities of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University and Benemérita Autonomous University of Puebla is described. The cooperation resulted in new competitive products demanded by the world market, which allowed Ukraine, Poland, and Mexico to take their worthy place in the global economic system. Poland's significant experience, where international programs offer affordable but high-quality education and opportunities for studying abroad, attracts a diverse range of students from all over the world, including those from Ukraine, former CIS countries, Scandinavia, Western Europe, the USA, and the Emirates. The article concludes about the effectiveness of international cooperation in science, which determines the status and prestige of the university, examines the European integration process of higher education system of Ukraine and the existing training technologies.Drawing on various thematic studies and expert opinions, the article provides a comprehensive analysis of the strategies and outcomes of global educational partnerships. It critically examines the successes and challenges faced by institutions in different regions, offering insights into the diverse approaches adopted to maximize the potential of this collaboration.An example of the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics, Informatics and Technological Education of the BSPU is given, which demonstrates how global educational partnership significantly increases the prestige of the university and has a positive effect on the economy. Active participation of the faculty in international projects and grants, such as "PlatForum" and "World without violence", positions the university as a key player in solving global and societal challenges. This research investigates the development of research competence among high school students in grades 9 to 11 through language-cultural education. The study aims to assess the efficacy of integrating language-cultural education to enhance students' research capabilities and cultural awareness. Central to this exploration is the recognition of language as a pivotal conduit for nurturing research skills and understanding diverse cultural contexts. Through an immersive approach to language-based cultural learning, the research seeks to evaluate its impact on student's critical engagement with diverse cultures, proficiency in language analysis, and adeptness in employing research methodologies. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this study will involve a sample of high school students engaged in language-cultural education programs. Quantitative assessments will measure improvements in research skills, language proficiency, and cultural understanding. Qualitative methods, including interviews and observations, will provide insights into students' perceptions, experiences, and the qualitative impact of language-cultural education on their research competence. The expected outcomes aim to elucidate the transformative potential of language-cultural education in augmenting students' research acumen and fostering a nuanced understanding of varied cultural dimensions.
