Abstract: Fattsaurezudcerester, die eine bis drei hydrophile Gruppen im Fettsaurerest enthalten, bevorzugt etwa in der Mitte des Fettsaurerestes, zeichnen sich durch verbesserte Loslichkeit in Wasser sowie hohe Oberfladxnaktivitat und 100 o/o bakterielle Abbaubarkeit aus.
