Film Tipis Timah (II) Oksida Sebagai Sensor Karbon Monoksida

Abstract: Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat film tipis SnO2 yang memiliki ukuran mikrometer hingga nanometer untuk mendeteksi gas CO. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sol-gel dengan mencampurkan timah diklorida, akuades, etanol dan amonium fluorida 5%-10% (b/b) hingga terbentuk sistem koloid. Sistem koloid dengan penambahan paladium diendapkan pada substrat kaca. Substrat dipanaskan pada suhu 70 o C dan 100 o C.
