Flexible thermal conductive Al2O3@siloxane composite with rapid self-healing property based on carboxyl-amine dynamic reversible bonds

Abstract: Thermal interface materials (TIMs) are one of the efficacious ways to alleviate the heat accumulation problem of microelectronics devices.
