Framework for Measuring Process Innovation Performance at Indonesian State-Owned Companies

Abstract: Several state-owned companies (SOEs) have successfully implemented process innovation. This paper examines the success factors that influence the successful implementation of process innovation in Indonesian state-owned companies.
