The millennial generation is in the range of 23 to 38 years, which is now a productive and attractive workforce group. It is interesting to be studied where one of their characteristics is prioritizing Work-Life-Balance. It is a term where the generation prioritizes a balance between the world of work and personal life compared to previous generations. They tend to choose jobs that are more flexible in terms of conditions and working hours. So they can have more free time with friends, family, or to develop a hobby as it is stated in the results of research conducted by Ng Schweitzer and Lyons (2010). It is reinforced by the statement that the characteristics that describe the next millennial generation are that they would rather spend money to get certain experiences rather than save to add assets. Of course, millennials generally prefer to travel around Indonesia and the world rather than save for investment. This research aims to: 1) Determine millennial's motivation for traveling; 2). Know how traveling is favored by millennials. The research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological tradition where the data are collected by conducting in-depth interviews. The results of this study provide information about the demographic and psychographic data of millennials, which can be necessary for traveling and tourism businesses to understand who is the target in a pleasant and profitable business.

Digital literacy is a familiar topic in this millennial era with various digital media with open access that can be used anytime and anywhere. Based on this, this study aims to describe the digital literacy awareness of a family during the Covid-19 pandemic as a phenomenon that is currently being discussed. This study uses a type of phenomenology with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The data extracted included knowledge assembly, utilization of digital sources and media, access and hypertextual navigation, content evaluation of the research subject, namely a family of various ages. The results showed that digital literacy awareness varied greatly from the media, access patterns, and evaluations carried out by each respondent in accessing information. It can be concluded that digital literacy awareness is still not optimal according to the indicators used and still needs to be improved, especially in building critical thinking patterns and utilizing technology as part of digital literacy.

En los últimos años las tendencias arquitectónicas se han visto innovadas por la generación “millennial”, quienes son pioneros en la incursión del mundo digital. Algunos autores señalan a este grupo de personas como tolerantes, activistas, emprendedoras, optimistas y capaces de trabajar en equipo a favor de un mejor futuro. Por tanto, en la actualidad toma importancia el análisis de las características de esta generación y las condiciones de habitabilidad del espacio con respecto al estilo de vida: la tecnología, la familia, la comunidad y el medio ambiente. Este artículo de revisión tiene por objeto identificar características generales de los espacios arquitectónicos que satisfacen a los “millenials" en términos de vivienda. De la revisión bibliográfica y documental se recoge una vivienda de características económicamente accesible, flexible, climáticamente confortable, con áreas verdes, eficiente en el consumo de agua y energía, con uso de sistemas de automatización y políticas desarrolladas en comunidad con los vecinos. Estas propiedades guardan relación con unas prácticas ambientales que de manera local incidan en el entorno global en a favor de un estilo de vida sostenible.
