Learning in the pandemic period requires students to be able to use a variety of online learning media. Zoom, Google meet, Google classroom, and LMS platforms are the most frequently used media. Students' behavior to use learning media is influenced by perceptions of the learning media. This study aimed to describe the ease and usefulness perceptions that students feel about the various available learning media. This research is designed as quantitative research with a survey approach. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics. The results show that students' perceived ease of learning media, namely Zoom, Google meet, Google classroom, and LMS, is perceived as relatively easy. Zoom is an application/platform that is considered the easiest of the other media, while LMS is considered more complicated than the other three media. Meanwhile, this study's results also show that the perspective of the usefulness of the learning media is considered to have good benefits. Zoom is the application/platform that is considered the most useful from other media, while LMS is considered less useful than the other three media.
Social media is essential in building relationships between companies and their audiences. Not only playing a role in creating content and disseminating information, but the company's social media management team also needs to develop a strategic plan that is consistent and sustainable. This study examines how the Riliv Social Media Strategist team manages Instagram @riliv social media. This research focuses on the activities carried out in digital media, the characteristics of the use of digital media to represent the company in terms of the use of writing style, to strategies structured in such a way as building public trust and awareness of followers. The method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results showed that the social media management efforts carried out by the Reliv Social Media Strategist team were structured and scheduled, starting from upload mapping, collaboration, creating content ideas, and activity evaluation. The forms of uploaded content are also very diverse with valid and consistent information on Riliv's philosophy as a psychology service start-up. Almost all the features on the Instagram application are used to build good relationships and closeness with their followers, especially the comment feature and direct message feature as interactive media that are more private.
Strategi Humas Pemerintahan menjadi hal penting dalam melakukan perencanaan pesan informasi yang akan disampaikan kepada masyarakat luas. Riset penelitian ini membahas mengenai Strategi humas pemerintahan Kota Bandung dalam mengelola Instagram @humas_bandung. Tujuan dari riset penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi humas yang dilakukan oleh humas pemerintahan Kota Bandung dalam mengelola media sosial Instagram @humas_bandung. Riset penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, pengumpulan hasil data riset ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Riset penelitian ini menggunakan strategi humas menurut Cutlip Center dan Broom dalam Nova (2014:25) yaitu Fact Finding, Planning, Communication, dan Evaluation. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa humas pemerintahan Kota Bandung melakukan kegiatan strategi humas yang mengacu pada teori Cutlip Center dan Broom, dalam fact finding humas pemerintahan Kota Bandung melakukan analisis fenomena oleh tim analisis internal, planning melalui pembahasan content plan Instagram dan work plan, kemudian communication dengan menciptakan komunikasi yang mudah dipahami oleh audiens, dan evaluation sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan strategi humas. Dari seluruh strategi humas yang dilakukan, humas pemerintahan Kota Bandung menghasilkan keberhasilan predikat I dalam mengelola media sosial terbaik Se- Jawa Barat melalui event Humas Jabar Awards 2022.
Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital memaksa semua pihak beradaptasi dan berinovasi, tidak terkecuali para pelaku ekonomi kreatif. Hadirnya berbagai platform digital, memberikan ruang bagi para pelaku ekonomi kreatif untuk mempromosikan dan memasarkan hasil karyanya. Namun, berkomunikasi untuk dapat menarik perhatian dan mempersuasi audiens melalui media digital tidaklah mudah. Setidaknya diperlukan kemampuan Public Speaking yang baik serta keterampilan dalam hal Digital PR dan Marketing Communication. Kita tidak bisa menganggap bahwa teknik berbicara sederhana akan bisa membuat seseorang mampu mempengaruhi, menguasai atau bahkan mempersuasi orang lain untuk dapat memberikan perhatiannya kepada produk yang sedang dipasarkan. Kami sebagai tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Telkom mendukung para pelaku ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Bandung agar dapat melakukan kegiatan pemasaran secara digital, di mana mereka dalam keseharaiannya harus menyampaikan pesan agar sampai kepada konsumen. Dengan mengikuti program pelatihan pada kurun waktu tertentu, masyarakat sasar akan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan khusus dalam mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi pemasaran mereka.
Internal communication within a company is an important part to achieve the company's goals, one of which is the successful implementation of Flexible Working Arrangement at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk where communication technology plays an important role in it. The purpose of this study is to determine the internal communication process that occurs in carrying out Flexible Working Arrangements at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. This study uses a qualitative approach with a single case study method to focus on analyzing the actual state of the problem. The results of the study indicate that in the successful implementation of Flexible Working Arrangements, the use of communication technology and the ability of employees to apply their knowledge on this communication technology can streamline the work process during the implementation of the FWA. With the holding of activities and activities as well as providing internal support facilities provided by the company in the form of work support facilities, providing clear information, and the role of superiors in the work process can facilitate the running of FWA in the company environment..
