The problem and the aim of the study. Training of specialists in informatization of education involves formation of competences in development of software tools and automated systems and development of the foreign language communicative competence. Formation of appropriate qualities in the conditions of higher education is complicated by a number of problems. The authors propose to organize project activities to create dialogue programs (training bots) to improve foreign language training of future specialists. Research methods. The construction of a chat bot takes place during teamwork and foreign language communication. The authors' testing is carried out, which includes checking knowledge of syntax, vocabulary and grammar, skills of professionally oriented communication and digital skills. The experimental study was carried out at Vyatka State University during the study of the discipline "Foreign Language", "Development and Use of Computer Games in Education". 43 first- and second-year students of the training program 44.03.01 Pedagogical education (Master's degree programme) were involved in foreign language communication with the support of automated systems. The average age of the respondents was 25 (90% female and 10% male). When constructing chat bots, the BorisBot resource is used. Fisher's test was used to find out statistically significant differences. Results. The students studied services for creating chat bots, the didactic potential and functionality of the dialogue programs. The students of the experimental group used them to do professionally oriented and foreign language communication tasks. Statistically significant differences were revealed in the changes φCRIT=1.64<φEMP=2.514. Conclusion. The features of the presented version of using chat bots when teaching a foreign language are described: teamwork, using templates and scripts, choosing project topics. The problematic questions are formulated, the answers to which make it possible to determine the directions of work on designing chat bots: discussing the development goal and didactic goal, modeling scenarios of foreign language interaction, etc.

Abstract. Relevance: The relevance of the study is designated by the development of digital technologies which are increasingly being used to optimize business processes. At the current stage of entrepreneurial development transformation of companies is being observed and representatives of digital businesses achieve the greatest capitalization. Employees of banking organizations are replaced by bots and artificial intelligence. In this regard, the requirements for entrepreneurs and mercenary managers are changing. This requires the search for new educational approaches to training of specialists. Purpose: to develop an author model of digital business transformation on the results of a survey (research method) conducted among the students of the Faculty of Engineering Business and Management of the Bauman State University and from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. To reflected the modern vision of future entrepreneurs and managers for a new concept of skills mix vital for business development in the cause of digital transformation and competitive sustainability and to identify both positive and negative aspects of start-up entrepreneurs’ performance in digital economy. Methods and methodological units of research: comparative content analysis, empirical study, polling. The main results: Contradictions of digital business through an entrepreneur prism and consumer position were revealed. The conclusion is drawn that digital economy, on the one hand, is boiled to self-reliance of subsystems (state, business, society) of the system (digital economy). On the other hand, the state, business and society are premised on the scope of competencies, as far as the role of a human in digital economy may be minimized but no completely abandoned. The key factors that affect digital transformation were defined: process optimization, data, business models, infrastructure and tools, people and competencies, culture and interaction. Scientific novelty of the study lies in the author’s concept, according to which the key role in the digital economy era is assigned to the state (state as a platform), business (digital platforms, ecosystems, radical business models), society as a key factor in digitalization. In this regard, an assessment of the digital transformation is provided through the lens of a positive, critical and pragmatic view of society (experts and respondents). Practical relevance: The research results can be used by higher educational institutions to adapt their educational programs to the interests of economists and entrepreneurs, taking into account the growing informatization and digitalization of business processes.

Практически невозможно представить повседневность без базовых цифровых сервисов и инструментов. Научное сообщество активно изучает степень влияния цифровых технологий и промышленных революций на поведение поколений. Ученые изучают и анализируют предпочтения по интерфейсам, цифровым инструментам. Стоит отметить высокую степень влияния цифровых технологий на развитие образа мышления и образа жизни поколения Z. К поколению Z традиционно принято относить людей, рожденных с 2000 года. Особенности становления поколения связано с цифровыми технологиями, а в первую очередь с Интернетом и онлайн взаимодействием. Зависимость от цифровых технологий и новые паттерны поведения поколения Z вызывает большой интерес для изучения. На практике наибольшую популярность результаты таких исследований приобрели для маркетологов для стимулирования продаж и PR-продвижения. Высокую практическую ценность они имеют для HR-специалистов для решения вопросов развития и обучения, управления талантами, мотивации к труду представителей поколения Z. Для достижения поставленной цели было проведено эмпирическое исследование, в котором приняло участие 300 респондентов. Анкетирование позволило выявить уровень осведомленности поколения Z о технологиях цифровой трансформации бизнеса и оценить популярность и опыт использования цифровых сервисов и услуг. По результатам проведенного исследования выявлен высокий уровень осведомленности поколения Z о технологиях цифровой трансформации бизнеса.
