Gotong royong is the cultural root of Indonesian society. The attitude of gotong royong is manifested in togetherness and kinship as integration of Indonesian people. The Pandemic of the new coronavirus has extensively tested the course of gotong royong values. In the context of corporate’s philanthropy activities, it aims to provide social benefits, the current trend shows there is a new corporate philanthropy paradigm, namely strategic philanthropy that can provide social benefits while increasing long-term profits such as spread the existence of the product name, and foster partnerships between business units. This study analyze the trends, motives, and moral directions of the corporate's philanthropic activities after introducing pandemic restrictions on national culture (gotong royong). The research method used in this research is normative with a conceptual approach. This study uses secondary data through primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The data collected will be analyzed using a qualitative approach and stated descriptively. The final results of those research that there are a considerable effect of corporate morality strongly influences the motives and motivation of corporations in carrying out social activities. Corporate morale is influenced by stakeholder backgrounds, goals, and corporates business strategies. So in order to maintain the unity and stability of the corporations and the surrounding community, multi-stakeholder collaboration with the principle of gotong royong through national clusters to overcome the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic is urgently needed.

The digital age is inevitable. The rapid influence of the digitization process has led to a deterioration of character values in students. Students' characters can be built through historical learning based on the search for meaning in the text of historical novels by exploring the educational value of the characters in them. This research aims to describe the value of character education in Roro Mendut historical novel version Y.B. Mangunwijaya and its relevance as reflective material to overcome various challenges of the digital age. This research is qualitative with Ferdinand de Saussure semiological analysis as an analytical technique. The results of this study showed the existence of historical content and found five main educational character values set by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The historical content and educational characters values found to have relevance to the modern life of the digital age. Relevance can be pursued as a historical learning material that builds the character of students. To be utilized in history learning in the classroom, special learning methods are required.

The research investigates about Societies resilience for facing COVID 19 based on mutual cooperation. The studies used is ethnography qualitative approach. The method is selected because of research linked to tradition and cultural, societies, and community. Data are collected by in-depth interview, observation and documentation. Purposive sampling technique is implied to determine respondents as major sources information. The outcome is analyzed with triangulation data. The result is mutual cooperation tradition have been implemented in some activity including mutual helping and mutual cooperation in public activity and mutual helping when there is societies suffer from the ailment. It can create societies resilience because there is social power to bolster individual resilience by way of mutual helping and visiting when the member of societies suffer from the disease. In addition, mutual cooperation has invented food resilience because of societies collectively bringing food to people who they are combated by a disease like COVID 19. At the same time, people who suffer from a disease like COVID 19 can achieve physiology resilience. A person who they have been encouraged by the societies collectively easier to recover from the ailment because the person doesn’t experience stress for confronting disturbance of life. As result, the person has happiness and produce happy hormones rather than sad hormone. Directly, the rate of spirit for healing attaint through mutual cooperation. Another finding is societies have moved from traditional social relation to online relation without face to face. The impact is societies react resilience because they avoid from COVID 19 attack through reducing face-face meeting frequency. Even societies literate about update information related to COVID and simple societies to literate about online and social media. It boosts resilience societies because a person has information about COVID 19.
