Economic growth in Central Java Province is currently being driven by the rapid acceleration of investment, leading to the development of cities and districts. However, the measurement of regional competitiveness is currently limited to analysing regional capabilities in development. This condition creates a situation where regencies and cities compete with each other without considering the functions and roles of interconnected regions. Therefore, there is an urgent need to understand and utilize regional competitiveness within the framework of the regional system in order to support the policies of the Central Java Province. This study adopts a quantitative approach to analyse the stages of regional development, which are identified based on competitiveness starting from basic requirements as a factor-driven, efficiency-driven, and innovation factor. Using this approach, we aim to classify the functions and roles of cities and districts within the regional system in Central Java. The data for this study was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires in 35 districts and cities in Central Java Province, as well as interviews with stakeholders from both the regions and the provinces. The findings of this study reveal that cities and regencies have different stages of competitiveness, with some focusing on driving innovation and strengthening driving factors, while neglecting efficiency. Spatially, cities exhibit a higher level of competitiveness; however, most urban districts have not incorporated the role of the region in the planning of a sustainable regional system.

Pemanfaatan sumber daya alam sebagai komoditas, menuntut masyarakat di Kabupaten Temanggung untuk mengolah produknya agar memberikan nilai tambah yang lebih baik. Proses produksi masyarakat diidentifikasi dari Usaha Menegah Kecil dan Mikro dari produk unggulan makanan ringan, batik & kerajinan, kayu, kopi, pariwisata, dan tembakau. Persebaran UMKM di 289 desa terikat dengan asal bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan pemasaran produk tersebut. Desa sebagai bagian dari perkembangan wilayah mendapatkan pengaruh dari pola aglomerasi pertumbuhan wilayah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat keterkaitan spasial atau keruangan antara pola aglomerasi dengan perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari sensus UMKM produk unggulan Kabupaten Temanggung dengan pendekatan lokasi usaha atau desa. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan metode pengamatan secara spasial dari persebaran para UMKM di Kabupaten Temanggung menggunakan metode LISA (Local Indicator of Spatial Association). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persebaran UMKM memiliki pola keterhubungan dan karakteristik yang dapat mengindikasikan potensi kerjasama yang dapat terjalin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan UMKM Batik dan kerajinan, kopi, kayu dan tembakau membentuk pengelompokan/terklaster dan interaksi antar UMKM didalam produk unggulan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persebaran UMKM tersebut akan menjadi preferensi penting untuk dijadikan pertimbangan pemerintah dalam mengambil kebijakan pengembangan UMKM.

This research aims to describe the problem of endorsement as a marketing strategy for Batik Kampus Online Shop Buaran Pekalongan from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. The approach used in this research is phenomenology. The research location is in Buaran Pekalongan precisely on Jl. Pelita II, No. 54, Jenggot Gang 4. Sources and data collection techniques in this study using semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Internal validity is done using triangulation, emic and member checking. Data analysis using reduction, display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study concluded that the endorsement marketing strategy carried out by Batik Kampus via Instagram and telegram contained two types of endosers, namely testimonials and celebrity appeal. Endorsement as a Kampus Batik marketing strategy in terms of Islamic Business Ethics as a whole on social media. The products that Batik Kampus promote are not exaggerating and in accordance with Islamic Sharia principles. Products that are traded include products that are polite and cover the body. The use of endorsement as a marketing strategy by Batik Kampus has had a significant positive impact as evidencing by the increased sales turnover and the increase in admins who help him in online business in the market place and proven by the assets owned by Moh. Abdul Ghoni. Kampus Batik services are very fast, friendly and accept dropshipping or packaging which can make it easier for buyers to buy and resell Batik Kampus products to consumers directly.
