“…However, no document has been available regarding pre‐ and postharvest mango fruit rots in Hormozgan province. In 2019, we found high distribution rate of Aureobasidium melanogenum in the main mango‐growing regions of this area, causing leaf and fruit blights as well as twigs and branches dieback (Majidi et al 2021). This information is also needed for evaluation of occurrence and aetiology of mango fruit rots, as well as disease management during postharvest life of the fruits.…”
