High performance work system and sustainable development among Jordanian SMEs: knowledge sharing as a moderator

Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between high-performance work systems (HPWS), sustainable development, and knowledge sharing in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Jordan.
