High Rate of Awarding Compensation for Claims of Injuries Related to Clinical Trials by Pharmaceutical Companies in Japan: A Questionnaire Survey

Abstract: IntroductionInternational norms and ethical standards have suggested that compensation for research-related injury should be provided to injured research volunteers.
