This study explores how students' readiness at two private campuses in East Java in facing changes in the learning system from being used to face-to-face to a fully online system. This study uses Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) to examine how students experience their learning activities with the new system. The research also used the purposive sampling method in selecting the sample. The respondents of this study were four male students from the Department of Information Systems, Dinamika University - Surabaya, and four female students majoring in Management, Institute of Technology and Business Asia Malang. In collecting primary data, the researcher conducted semi-structured interviews. This study indicates that students are unprepared to fully accept online learning, especially certain subjects requiring much practice. Hence, the hybrid learning system is still the best solution for now.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the learning process in most universities is carried out online. The online learning process depends on the facilities used by lecturers who are assisted by Academic Staff as hosts and online participants, namely students. Some of the problems that often occur are poor signal, unclear sound or other unexpected disturbances. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the online learning process that has been carried out so far. This research was conducted at XYZ College which organizes 9 study programs, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The respondents were all online participating students, namely assessing the level of satisfaction in participating in online learning. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale of 1-4 which is very good, good, not good and not good. Each study program takes 2 courses without practicum and one carrying out practicum, then the average is taken for analysis. The results of the research show that the implementation of online lectures during the Covid 19 pandemic was carried out very satisfactorily, lecturers have worked hard to keep up with technological developments in learning methods and techniques and students have tried hard to be able to understand, take advantage of discussion opportunities and do assignments and exams very well. As a suggestion, it is necessary to further investigate the satisfaction of lecturers and education staff in carrying out their duties during the Covid 19 pandemic as input for institutions to develop the competence of lecturers and staff as well as the completeness of infrastructure facilities.

This study describes the problem of learning in high school / vocational school during the COVID-19 pandemic experienced by teachers and students comprehensively. The research method used is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and document analysis. The collected data is then tested for data analysis using the triangulation process of sources and methods. Then the existing data were analyzed through the interactive analysis of Mile and Huberman. Analysis of critical and analytical theoretical data to obtain comprehensive data on learning problems and solutions taken by teachers and other policy makers such as schools and education offices . The results showed that teachers experienced various problems in learning. The first is planning, which is the adaptation pattern with the preparation of the learning implementation plan, the emergency curriculum, the practice of media and learning resources, and the selection of learning applications. The second problem is the implementation of learning, which consists of selecting appropriate learning methods, the psychological conditions of students and teachers, and the assessment system. The third problem of learning support facilities is the uneven availability of the internet network, computers or laptops and handphones.
