Abstract: Introduction: Majority of nasal and paranasal sinus lesions clinically present as polypoidal lesions, complicating the diagnosis for the physician which inturn hampers the patient prognosis and in few cases survival of patient, so histopathology is imperative to arrive at the diagnosis.
