How do firms reorganize to implement digital transformation?

Abstract: The paper follows an explorative approach to digital transformation (DT), an organizational transformation achieved through digital technologies such as mobile technologies, social media, cloud, internet‐of‐things, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
