How Do Organizational Justice and Commitment Affect Organizational Entrepreneurship? An Empirical Investigation in Iran

Abstract: The organizational justice and commitment have an important influence on the entrepreneurial organization. It is argued that a firm's entrepreneurial level depends not only to how an employee judges the behavior of the organization but also the degree to which an employee experiences a 'sense of oneness' with their organization.
