These results are in line with a study conducted by Badriyah and Syafiq [3], Lestari et al [8], and Latifah et al [9] which stated that the incidence of stunting is influenced by exclusive breastfeeding because breast milk contains antibodies that increase the baby's immune system. Therefore, the baby is prevented from sickness such as diarrhea, while malnutrition disturbed and posed the baby at risk which affects growth and causes stunting.…”

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by a lack of nutrition for a long time which leads to abnormal growth in children, such as lower or shorter height than the standard age. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of stunting at the age of 12 to 60 months in Banggai Regency, Indonesia in 2020. Observation analysis and cross-sectional approach were used in this study and the sample size was 161 toddlers at the age of 12 to 60 months. The data were obtained through observations and direct interviews using questionnaires and were processed and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that 51.6% of children below 60 months were with stunting and 48.4% had normal nutritional status, while there were 65.8% of proper birth lengths. Chi-Square test results showed a significant relationship between birth length (p = 0.000), birth weight (p = 0.253), exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.000), various types of food (p = 0.003), frequency of feeding (p = 0.000), hygiene practices (p = 0.000), growth monitoring (p = 0.000) with the incidence of stunting, and there was no relationship, such as birth weight (p = 0.253) with the incidence of stunting in children below 60 months in Jaya Village Bakti, Pagimana District, Banggai Regency. The sample is limited to the group of toddlers from 12 to 60 months, therefore, further study on 0 to 11 months is recommended in Jaya Bakti Village, Pagimana District, Banggai Regency

ABSTRAK Bayi baru lahir perlu mendapat perawatan yang optimal sejak dini, termasuk pemberian makanan yang ideal. Air Susu Ibu (ASI) eksklusif adalah sumber nutrisi terbaik pada bayi. Pemberian ASI ekslusif diketahui dapat mencegah terjadinya stunting pada anak. Terdapat berbagai kendala yang muncul dalam upaya pemberian ASI ekslusif seperti kurangnya tingkat pengetahuan ibu mengenai manajemen laktasi dan teknik pemberian ASI ekslusif. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan secara daring tentang manajemen laktasi dan teknik pemberian ASI ekslusif dengan baik dan benar diharapkan dapat mengurangi resiko terjadinya stunting pada anak. Metode penyuluhan menggunakan presentasi power point mengenai manajemen laktasi dan manfaat ASI ekslusif serta demonstrasi cara menyusui yang benar dan teknik pijat oksitosin melalui aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan ibu-ibu tentang teknik menyusui dengan baik dan benar cara meningkatkan produksi ASI. Kata Kunci: ASI Ekslusif, manajemen laktasi, penyuluhan ABSTRACTNewborns need to receive optimal care from an early age, including ideal feeding. Mothers’ own milk is the best source of nutrition for nearly all infants. Exclusive breastfeeding can prevent stunting in children. There are various obstacles of that, such as the lack of knowledge of mothers about lactation management and exclusive breastfeeding techniques. This activity aims to provide online counseling about lactation management and the best breastfeeding techniques, which is expected to reduce the risk of stunting in children. A PowerPoint presentation of lactation management and the benefits of Mothers’ own milk also the demonstration of the breastfeeding and oxytocin massage techniques were done through the Zoom Meeting application. After counseling, there was an increase in the knowledge of the mothers about exclusive breastfeeding techniques and how to increase Mothers’ own milk. The Emo Demo strategy is the arrangement of advising with the procedure of conveying messages that are given in a straightforward, fun and contacting feeling, animating the objective of directing to effortlessly recollect the message given. As one of the directing procedures with respect to elite breastfeeding, instruction for wellbeing units is done on the Emo Demo-ASI Only Enough technique which intends to build the information and abilities of wellbeing frameworks in the Dolo Health Center working region in giving advising utilizing the Emo Demo-ASI just Enough strategy. This people group administration is through giving materials and exhibits to sharpen the abilities of wellbeing frameworks who are engaged with advising exercises, particularly about elite breastfeeding as one of the anticipation of hindering in the workspace of the Dolo Health Center. This movement is completed in gatherings, starting and finishing with a pre-test and post-test. The aftereffects of this review show an expansion in information on most of wellbeing units as much as 72.5%.
