genipe: an automated genome-wide imputation pipeline with automatic reporting and statistical tools

Abstract: Summary: Genotype imputation is now commonly performed following genome-wide genotyping experiments. Imputation increases the density of analyzed genotypes in the dataset, enabling fine-mapping across the genome.
