β-Galactosidase Gene Transfer to Human Malignant Glioma In Vivo Using Replication-Deficient Retroviruses and Adenoviruses

Abstract: Both retro- and adenovirus-mediated gene therapy have been suggested as a novel approach to the treatment of malignant brain tumors.
