“…The cells were transfected with the oligos individually using siPROT Amine for 24 or 48 hours. QRT-PCR results obtained from these experiments showed that siRNAs I and II delivered to the cells using siPORT Amine transfection agent were capable of completely silencing CYP1A1 transcription after 24 hrs, and siRNA III knocked down CYP1A1 transcription by 91% (p<0.001) [6].
