Impact of Employees HR Perceptions on Organizational Commitment: A Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Organizational Support

Abstract: This study examines the connection between employees' HR perceptions and organizational commitment. In addition, the study also investigates a mediating role of job satisfaction and observed organizational support in the relationship between employees' HR perception and organizational commitment.
