Impact of Work-Life Balance, Happiness at Work, on Employee Performance

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to investigate the Relation of work-life balance, happiness, and employee performance, Accordingly, a questionnaire-based survey was designed to test the aforementioned model based on dataset of 289 employees’ from the ( Med Pharma), Pharmaceutical industries in Jordan, Multiple regression was conducted to examined the research hypotheses.
