Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) Dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Profesional Guru Di Sd Katolik 143 Bhaktyarsa Maumere

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru melalui implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SD Katolik 143 Bhaktyarsa Maumere. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif.
