Pada masa ini banyak persoalan di lapangan terkait dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Keseharan (PJOK) yang seyogyanya dilakukan dengan praktik langsung dengan tatap muka, namun kita semua harus menyesuaikan dengan kebijakan pemerintah tentang pembelajaran jarak jauh/daring. Dalam kondisi pandemi yang tidak menentu ini dibutuhkan terobosan-terobosan seorang guru dalam upaya menjaga kebugaran siswa agar proses tumbuh kembang siswa serta tingkat kebugaran jasmani mereka terjaga dengan baik. Oleh karena itu S3 Ilmu Keolahragaan Pascasarjana UNESA melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berusaha untuk memberikan kontribusi berupa pemberian keterampilan kepada mitra melalui kegiatan diseminasi Fun Physical Fitness Training. Fun Physical Fitness Training adalah sebuah program aktifitas kebugaran jasmani yang dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja dari segi usia maupun jenis kelamin. Dengan pemaparan, pendampingan, serta perancangan materi aktifitas fun physical fitness training memberikan wawasan baru bagi guru. Guru dapat secara mandiri menyusun aktifitas-aktifitas pembelajaran aktivitas kebugaran jasmani yang diapliaksikan dalam pembelajaran.

Existing technological developments require all fields to be able to adjust to conditions in terms of technology. Several studies related to the use of technology during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia show the unpreparedness of educators to adapt to emergency conditions that demand the use of online and hybrid learning, especially in PJOK subjects. Based on this, the researcher aims to determine the pattern of distance learning carried out by Physical Health and Sports Education teachers in elementary schools in Yogyakarta. Sequential explanatory design is used with quantitative and qualitative research approaches that are carried out sequentially. This research aims to analyze the need to develop learning media that can be used online, offline and in blended learning. The analysis of existing learning patterns shows that most teachers have met the standards of distance learning implementation. However, learning media development on certain materials still needs to be done to support each material delivery activity carried out by the teacher. The survey results show that most teachers still use teaching materials in print or electronic form and existing learning videos. The results of in-depth interviews indicate that there is still a need to develop learning media on athletic activities, self-defense, physical fitness development activities, gymnastics, rhythmic motion, water activities, personal safety, and a healthy lifestyle. With the results of this analysis, it is hoped that it can provide ideas and inspiration for further research in developing learning media, especially Physical Health and Sports Education in elementary schools so that educational goals towards the era of society 5.0 involve various technological developments can be achieved optimally both in emergency and normal conditions.

“…This scarcity is characterized by the study of physical education learning in non-disabled children. Previous research on DL on physical education for elementary school (SD) students (Putra, 2020), junior high school (SMP) (Simbolon et al, 2021), and high school (SMA) (Sulaksono & Wibowo, 2021) has showed several things, including students feel encouraged to study remotely without adequate facilities and infrastructure at home; and students also do not have a culture of DL because so far, the learning system has been done face-to-face/offline. Students are used to being in the school environment to interact with their friends, play and have fun and face-to-face with teachers, in addition, the school is closed for too long so the children are bored, a factor that causes students to lose their social soul.…”

Concrete structure is a compulsory course in Civil Engineering. The problem that occurs is that students do not understand the basics of structural analysis. A media that connects fundamental structural analysis with concrete structures have not yet been developed. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive IT-based learning media in this subject. This research is development research. The data collection was conducted with testing and questionnaires that were then analyzed by using quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study are as follows:(1) the results of student responses get an average score of 45.1 and are in the very good category;(2) the student learning outcomes test has an average value of 74.84; (3) the concrete structure of learning media that needs to be improved is the appearance of the color composition to make it more attractive. CONCLUSIONS ConclusionsBased on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded as follows.-The results of student responses to the concrete structure learning media got a total score of 1489, with an average of 45.1, which falls in the very good category. -Student learning outcomes test after the application of concrete structure learning media had an average score of 74.84, a minimum score of 60, and a maximum value of 90. -In terms of feasibility, the concrete structure learning media is feasible to use, and what needs to be improved is the appearance of the color composition to make it more attractive. SuggestionsBased on the conclusions above, several things can be suggested, as follows:-Students like learning with interesting media, so they feel happy in learning, for that each subject needs to be have interesting media and make it easier for students to learn. -The institution should provide training in making media, to improve the quality of learning media for each lecturer. -Students should make good use of the advances in technology and media that have been provided with positive things, such as accessing learning materials on the web, e-learning, journals, and e-books, and so on. -Future research should be conducted with more in-depth research on concrete structure learning media in other ranges of material and with a more attractive appearance.
