Implementation of statistical process control methods as a way to reduce production costs and improve product quality

Abstract: Abstract. The article analyzes various situations of building a quality assurance system at an enterprise. The article includes the analysis of influence of various factors on the decision-making on the principles of building a quality assurance system, the conclusion about the need to build the quality assurance system aimed not at preventing the assembly of parts with deviations but on creating a process producing parts without deviations.
