“…The results are consistent with the findings of the extracellular and MTT treatment. A series of experiments confirmed the intracellular1 O 2 generation capacity of Fe 50 -Zn-NC 900 under near-infrared light irradiation. At the same time, Fe 50 -Zn-NC 900 (50 μg•mL −1 ) was also treated identically with HeLa cells at a different time.…”

“…Despite ongoing efforts by scientists to improve cancer treatments, the number of people who die from cancer keeps growing each year. 1,2 Cancer treatment includes surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, phototherapy, and targeted therapy. Among them, phototherapy, especially photothermal therapy (PTT) and photodynamic therapy (PDT), 3,4 have been considered to be prospective cancer therapy methods owing to their minimal invasiveness 5 and high spatiotemporal precision; 6 however, the efficacy of monotherapy is limited by a sophisticated tumor microenvironment, so PTT and PDT are often combined to improve the therapeutic effect on the tumor.…”

“…The incidence in previous literature was less than 5% of primary endometrial cancer [ 1 ] but now exceeds 5%, with a continuously increasing trend, from 1.7% to 5.6% between 1973 and 2013 [ 2 ]. An increasing annual percent change in UCS incidence from 2001–2017 was also observed in the United States [ 3 ]. UCS is notorious for a poorer prognosis than other types of endometrial carcinoma [ 4 , 5 ].…”

“…It is a public health problem that seriously threatens human life and health [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]. According to research statistics [ 4 , 5 , 6 ], among various diseases, the mortality rate of malignant tumor is the second highest, second only to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In the last 20 years, the incidence rate and mortality rate of cancer have been rising at a rate of 20% each year.…”
