Indirect Morphogenesis and Regenerative Ability of Tissues of Rosa Damascena Mill

Abstract: НУ біоресурсів і природокористування України, м. Київ, Україна Унаслідок проведених досліджень отримано морфогенну калюсну культуру троянди ефіроолійної сорту Лань. Встановлено, що вдвічі активніше калюс починає утворюватись на частинах листкової пластинки, ніж на частинах пагонів. Проаналізовано вплив регуляторів росту ауксинового та цитокінінового типів дії на формування калюсних тканин.
