The results of long-term field research on the search for resistant varieties of bread winter wheat, created at the V. M. Remeslo Myronivka institute of wheat, to major leaf diseases are presented. Researches were performed under conditions of artificial inoculation by pathogens in field infectious nurseries. Varieties with resistance to brown rust have been identified: Kolumbiia, Remeslivna, Pereiaslavka, Bohdana, Monotyp, Khazarka, Pam'iati Remesla, Yasnohirka, Dostatok, Svitanok Myronivs`kyi, Berehynia Myronivs`ka, Horlytsia myronivs`ka, Trudivnytsia Myronivs`ka, MIP Kniazhna, MIP Vyshyvanka. Powdery mildew: Kolumbiia, Remeslivna, Snizhana, Pereiaslavka, Favorytka, Bohdana, Khazarka, Monotyp, Pam'iati Remesla, Voloshkova, Yasnohirka, Lehenda Myronivs`ka, Svitanok Myronivs`kyi, Oberih Myronivs`kyi, Berehynia Myronivs`ka, Horlytsia Myronivs`ka, Hospodynia Myronivs`ka, MIP Valensiia, Trudivnytsia Myronivs`ka, MIP Kniazhna, MIP Vyshyvanka. Low quality and quantity of pasture in East Nusa Tengara is the main problem in development of ruminants. The solution offered to this problem is by using mixed pasture of grass and legume, by consider legume’s advantage in nitrogen fixation, and also it’s capability to provide canopy or shades to grass. The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of the introduction of various species of herbaceous legumes on herbage production and the chemical composition of Sorghum plumosum and Bothriochloa pertusa. The research was conducted following a Completely Randomized Design (RCD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments tested consisted of Co (Sorghum plumosum and Bothriochloa pertusa), Av (Sorghum plumosum, Bothriochloa pertusa and Alysicarpus vaginalis), Ct (Sorghum plumosum, Bothriochloa pertusa and Clitoria ternatea) and Pp (Sorghum plumosum, Bothriochloa pertusa and Pueraria phaseoloides). The parameters observed were the production of forage, the leaf stem ratio, crude protein, crude fiber, and NDF (Neutral Detergent Fiber). The results showed that the introduction of herbaceous legumes did not affect the production, leaf stem ratio and also the crude protein but does affect the chemical composition of Kume and Suket Putihan such as changes of crude fibre and NDF at the age of 60 days.

During the decomposition of plant residues in the soil, as a result of the activity of microorganisms, free organic substances accumulate, which create a certain allopathic potential of the root environment (Iutinskaya, 2006;2004;Karbivska et al, 2019b;Litvinov et al, 2020). The results of studying the influence of different systems of agriculture and measures of basic tillage on the number of microorganisms and its phytotoxicity in the field of winter wheat are presented. It is proved that different systems of agriculture and measures of basic tillage do not equally affect the microbiological activity of the rhizosphere of winter wheat in the number and species composition of microorganisms. As a result, the variants created different conditions for the course of biochemical processes in the soil and the formation of crop yields. Moldboard-boardless tillage and the ecological system of agriculture proved to be more promising.
