Seed hemp can be used to produce products and restore soil fertility. The adaptive potential of cannabis varieties can be implemented by optimising their cultivation technologies. The purpose of this study was to substantiate the features of forming the productivity of cannabis varieties adapted to organic cultivation technologies. Field studies were conducted during 2019-2021 on leached chernozems. Research methods: field, laboratory, statistical and comparative calculation. The regularities of yield formation of hemp straws, fibre, and seeds depending on the genetic potential of varieties and cultivation technology were investigated. The suitability of five hemp varieties for organic cultivation was evaluated. It was established that the introduction of organic cultivation technology has a positive effect on crop productivity. With organic cultivation of Hliana and Hloba varieties, the increase in the yield of straw (0.07-0.11 t/ha) was statistically insignificant compared to inorganic technology. Cultivation of Zolotoniski 15 and Sula varieties using organic technologies increased the yield of hemp straw by 0.14 t/ha. The Lara variety showed an insignificant decrease in the straw yield. This confirmed the theory that the introduction of organic cultivation of hemp will not lead to a decrease in yields. Organic technologies for growing hemp contributed to an increase in their yield compared to the traditional one, provided that varieties were selected correctly. The best suitability for organic cultivation in terms of fibre yield was recorded in the Lara variety. The obtained results will be used to improve and introduce organic technologies for growing adapted hemp varieties, depending on the purpose of fibre or seeds

The article deals with the manifestation of heterosis by economically valuable traits in monoecious hybrids of hashishfree monoecious hemp. Heterosis is one of the reserves for increasing yields and improving the quality of hemp products. In terms of seed harvest, the vast majority of combinations exceed parental varieties. The highest outbreak of heterosis was obtained by crossing varieties Glukhovskaya-10 and YSO-1. In relation to the most productive parent, the degree of heterosis reaches 38.5%. An increase in seed harvest is a derivative of the heterosis of several components: the weight of the plant, the length of the inflorescence, the weight of seeds per plant, the weight of 1000 seeds and the number of seeds per plant. Of these, the most important are the weight of seeds per plant and the weight of 1000 seeds. According to the harvest of straw and fiber, the manifestation of heterosis is limited. Most hybrids have indicators equal to those of the best parental varieties. However, these hybrids significantly exceed the best monoecious variety YSO-1 recommended for cultivation, which is of practical interest. Hybrid plants are more resistant to adverse conditions than the parent varieties. Homeostasis of hybrids depends on the degree of heterozygosity of the organism, as well as the nature of the interaction of alleles of heterozygous loci. The results of our research show that it is possible to consciously control the process of obtaining highly productive hybrid seeds, spending a small amount of labor and funds for its implementation.

Relevance. When cultivating seed hemp, comprehensive crop protection is necessary throughout the entire development cycle “from seed to seed”. A comprehensive system of environmentally oriented protective equipment during pre-sowing and foliar treatment of seeds and plants can provide a favorable phytosanitary environment.Methods. The research work was carried out in accordance with the methodological guidelines for conducting field and vegetation experiments with cannabis and the methodology of field experience with the basics of statistical processing of research results.Results. Etching with the insectofungicide “Celest Top, KS” in pure form and in tank mixtures showed a high degree of protection of seeds from infection during germination. The use of “Celest Top, KS” in its pure form and in combination with the growth regulator “Artafit, VRK” and the liquid fertilizer “Megamix. Seeds” is most effective against hemp fleas. Etching “Artafit, VRK”, “Celest Top, KS” and mixtures with the fertilizer “Megamix. Seeds” and foliar top dressing with the antistressant “Artafit, VRK” contributed to an increase in the indicators of the crop structure. A high yield of seeds and stems was obtained on variants with the “Megamix. Seeds” fertilizer, the increase in seed yield was 0.03 t /ha, stems — 0.16 t /ha relative to the control. The use of the fertilizer “Megamix. Seeds” together with the growth regulator “Artafit, VRK” and the insectofungicide “Celest Top, KS” increased the yield of seeds by 0.28 and 0.17 t/ha, the yield of stems by 2.2 and 3.32 t/ha.
