Influence of the Manure Spreading Machines' Working Parameters on the Qualitative Performances of the Fertilization Process

Abstract: This paper presents results regarding the variation of the qualitative parameters of the organic fertilizer machines according to the parameters of the material and control, of the working regime. These results are obtained from mathematical models that interpolate experimental data. The functions thus obtained allow the investigation of the existence of optimal working regimes and, if confirmed, the identification of these operating modes (of the optimal control parameter set: rotational speed, inclination an… Show more

“…The regression function that approximates the experimental results was found with a Turbo Pascal routine. This function is: 𝐺 𝑢𝑑 = 62.7978 • 𝑛 0 • 𝛼 0.0521 • 𝑄 0.0483 (11) The distribution uniformity of the semi-fermented manure does not depend on the beater speed in the range 360-540 rpm.…”

“…Also, the increase in the degree of mechanization in agriculture was a determining factor in the increase in agricultural production, ensuring a greater amount of agricultural products in an efficient and sustainable way. By using modern equipment and technology, farmers can successfully manage crops over larger areas, applying fertilizers and pesticides with precision and achieving higher yields (Ștefan et al 2019(Ștefan et al , Grzelak et al, 2019. The work of ploughing, sowing, harvesting and processing crops became much faster and more efficient, leading to a significant increase in production.…”
