Information of Medical Malpractice and Risks in the Informed Consent Process Before Surgery in Indonesia

Abstract: <em>This study examines Indonesian statuary regulation that requires doctors or hospitals to explain the medical malpractices or risks to surgery patients during the informed consent process.
