Inhibitory effects of ginger extract on Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus and Lactobacillus acidophilus

Abstract: Background: The incidence of infections caused by yeast, particularly species of Candida and facultative anaerobic bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus and Lactobacillus acidophilus has increased dramatically during the past decade.
