Instrumentos urbanos municipais e as dimensões da sustentabilidadeo: caso da sub-bacia Juqueri-Cantareira da Região Metropolitana de São Paulo

Abstract: O artigo centra-se na discussão das interfaces entre legislações urbanas e ambientais no contexto das franjas da Região Metropolitana de São Paulo (RMSP) e suas implicações na gestão sustentável dos recursos naturais de seu território. Busca-se compreender como os instrumentos urbanos dos municípios, sobretudo os Planos Diretores formulados pós Estatuto da Cidade ( 2001) até 2018, incorporam princípios de sustentabilidade em seu escopo visando uma boa gestão dos recursos de seus respectivos municípios.
