Integrated high voltage boost converter with LC filter and charge pump

Abstract: Purpose -The paper aims to design of dual-mode boost converter with integrated low-voltage control circuit is introduced in this paper. The paper aims to discuss these issues. Design/methodology/approach -The converter is operated either with LC filter or with charge pump circuit by the switch control. The control stage with error amplifier, comparator, and oscillator is designed with the supply voltage of 3.3 V and the operating frequency of 5.5 MHz. The compensator circuit exploits a pole compensation for a … Show more

“…Owing to the rugged structure, good fault-tolerant capability, the switched-reluctance motor (SRM) has been widely used in aero-dynamical systems, electric vehicles and wind turbines. According to previous studies (Chan-Soo et al , 2011; Jung Woong et al , 2014; Hyung-won et al , 2018), power converter acts as an important part for the system operation. In the switched reluctance generator (SRG) driving system, asymmetrical half-bridge power converter (AHBPC) is widely used due to its high reliability, flexible control mode (Yeong et al , 2019; Si et al , 2015; Husain et al , 2019; Rashidi et al , 2011).…”
