Abstract:We present data and analysis of sensor crosssensitivities to a range of environmental conditions: temperature, humidity, light intensity, air flow, magnetic field, and acceleration. We used previously developed multifunctional integrated sensors (MFISes) with ten functions on a single chip as the test platform. We quantify the effect of test conditions on sensor offset and sensitivity, examine the fundamental mechanisms of the cross-sensitivities, and compare the performance of different transduction principle… Show more
A laser sensor is developed for trace detection of benzene. It is based on a DFB-ICL near 3.3 µm and off-axis cavity-enhanced absorption, enabling minimum detection of 2 ppb for 6-second integration at room conditions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
