Integrating Semantic Query Function Into D-NetWeaver

Abstract: As an influential statistical application, D-NetWeaver is very popular for the time course biological data analysis. However, it is inconvenient for the users of D-NetWeaver to import the dataset and export the results to various data sources. For this, the study employs Semantic Web technologies to develop data repository for D-NetWeaver, which can conveniently manage the unstructured meta-data from various data sources with four major features: Bio-Graph generation, Semantic extension of the original file sy… Show more

“…To overcome these shortcomings, we will employ natural language processing technology 58 , 59 to improve manual update efficiency and use high-performance computing 60 , 61 , 62 to reduce the processing time for similarity computing. Finally, we will make MDCB as a highly integrated web-based MC-related data platform by integrating more advanced bioinformatics applications and algorithms 27 , 63 , 64 , 65 , 66 , 67 , 68 , 69 in the future.…”

“…However, due to the limitations of computing power, it does not provide real-time simulations. In the distant future, we will not only employ high-performance computing technology [56] , [57] to realize real-time simulations but will also develop more in-depth LAUP analysis methods [26] , [27] to further analyze the sequence characteristics of the 2019-nCoV genome. Finally, since the 2019- nCoV epidemic is still spreading around the world, we will carry out genomic sequence analysis, epidemic transmission prediction, and public psychological stress assessments for different countries.…”
