The issue of ownership is regulated extensively in Muamalah fiqh in the fields of Al-Mal (property) and Al-Milk (property). Regarding ownership, it is regulated so that there is no violation of one's rights by other individuals, because humans have a tendency towards material things. Islamic recognition of property rights is reflected in the concept of haq al-adami, protection of individual ownership is also regulated in Islam by determining sanctions against people who rob them. This study aims to determine how the concept of Islam in regulating individual ownership rights and how the ethics that must be obeyed in the context of property ownership. This study uses secondary data with data collection methods carried out by means of library research, namely by studying, exploring and citing theories or concepts from a number of literatures such as journals, books, and others. The results of the study that the rules of ownership in Islam have implications for the potential for Islamic economic development, good application of the rules of ownership can have implications for reducing the amount of poverty and economic equity in society.

The economy in Indonesia is currently not doing well. This can be seen from indonesia's economic growth data which is minus to 5.32 percent, which causes the Indonesian economy to become fragile and requires us to continue to think about how to stabilize the economy again. So a strong analysis and an intelligent way of thinking are needed in overcoming this problem. This study aims to offer a concept from one of the Islamic authorities, namely Jamaluddin Al-Afghani, with his Islamic reform, namely Pan-Islamism in overcoming political economic problems that occur in Indonesia. By using descriptive analytical methods and qualitative approaches that contradicthis thinking, namely Pan-Islamism with several other Islamic scientists' thoughts and coupled with using data from previous studies. Finally, this article presents the concept of political economy which is believed to be able to create a better Indonesian economy. Some of the principles emphasized are the need for the Islamic world to unite together against foreign forces in the crucible of Pan Islamism, because the source of weakness of the Islamic world is the weak solidarity of Muslims. Then Muslims must unite both in political and economic terms, the Leader of the State must spread his call and ideas about reform and renewal in all aspects of life, whether political, economic, social and cultural, are comprehensive for all Muslims around the world where Individuals help each other. So that it can be applied to achieve the political renewal of human economy in this era.

Aims: This article focuses on discussing the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Operational Efficiency Ratio (BOPO), Inflation, Credit Interest Rates, and Gross Domestic Product of Murabahah Financing in Sharia banking in Indonesia for the 2016-2019 period. Study Design: Descriptive quantitative research is used with financial reports from Indonesian Sharia banking in 2016-2019 involved. Place and Duration of Study: It obtains 13 sharia banking in Indonesia from 2016-2019 financing data. Methodology: Through descriptive research, the researcher will explain whether Return on Assets (ROA), Operational Efficiency Ratio (BOPO), Inflation, Credit Interest Rates, and Gross Domestic Product of Murabahah Financing in Sharia banking in Indonesia influence each other. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression with the help of the SPSS 25 application. Results: In accordance with the results of the f test, all independent variables, namely ROA, BOPO, inflation, CIR and GDP have a significant effect simultaneously on Murabahah financing. The results of the t-test explain that ROA has a significant positive effect on Murabahah financing, BOPO has no effect on Murabahah financing, inflation has a significant positive effect on Murabahah financing, CIR has a significant negative effect on Murabahah financing, and GDP has a significant positive effect to Murabahah financing. Conclusion: According to the research conducted above, it can be concluded that the ability to explain the independent variable on the Murabahah financing variable is 59.4%. Other than that, other research that involves other variables and longer data need to be conducted to know more what affect muharabah financing in Indonesia.
