Research background: Economic relations, which are formed under conditions of uncertainty and instability of the surrounding, require highly efficient techniques of engineering logistics activities. The high competitiveness on the logistics market forced to search new technologies that would give advantages over competitors. One of these advantages could be the decreasing of the transport service cost. The logistics activity, with the collaborative management of the complex of transport and logistics systems, is not well understood. The issues of the effectiveness of using various technologies in servicing a complex of logistics systems have not been sufficiently addressed. The effectiveness of horizontal collaboration of individual participants of various logistics systems to achieve common goals has not been fully studied. Lack of an unequivocal scientific justification and relevant practical developments determined the choice of the research topic and its relevance. Purpose of the article: The aim of the paper is to identify patterns of influence of horizontal collaboration on efficiency of several supply chains. Methods: The article used modelling of transportation process without horizontal collaboration – traditional one and with it. Invest indicators for assess collaborative and separated effectiveness of several supply chains were used. Findings & Value added: The use of horizontal collaboration technology leads to a synergistic effect: reducing the total number of vehicles required to service several supply chains; increased performance indicators. The patterns of the influence of technological parameters of the transport process on the effectiveness of horizontal transport collaboration are revealed.

Halal certified animal slaughtering is urgent to implement and develop. The halal of chicken meat is determined by halal control point (HCP) in the production process, production capacity, and selection of slaughtering equipment. Many chicken slaughterings have not been halal certified because their production equipments do not yet support the application of the Halal Assurance System (HAS). The study aimed to analyse HCP in the production process, the techno-economic analysis of small and medium chicken slaughtering to support HAS implementation. The results showed that with the technical aspect of the medium-scale chicken meat production had HCP at the stage of hanging, stunning, and slaughtering, while the small-scale production of chicken meat had HCP at the slaughtering stage and the collection of slaughtered until perfectly death chickens. Economically, medium-scale slaughtering simulation results of capacity increased to 3,000 chickens per day can use shackle conveyor; thus, reducing Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) becomes IDR 22,029 and selling price become IDR 28,638 per chicken. Besides that, small scale slaughtering with a simulated capacity increase of 300 chickens per day with the addition of simple shackle to overcome HCP collection of post-slaughtering. This condition caused the COGM to be IDR 22,016 and the selling price is IDR 28,621 per chicken. In general, the choice of chicken slaughtering equipment according to production capacity will help the implementation of HAS to obtain a competitive product efficiently.

ВведениеРост масштаба предприятия ведет к опережающему росту сложности и масштабов управленческих задач. Хорошо известно, что одним из главных поводов для реинжиниринга является перегрузка управленческой системы при масштабировании деятельности [1]. Упомянутое общее правило выполняется также применительно к крупным автотранспортным предприятиям, обслуживающим строительные объекты. Кроме собственно строительства зданий и сооружений в перечень работ, для обслуживания которых требуются транспорт, машины и механизмы, могут входить [2]:1) вертикальная планировка, разработка котлованов, отсыпка дамб; 2) благоустройство территорий; 3) содержание и эксплуатация дорог и мостов; 4) производство и продажа цементного раствора, бетона, асфальтобетонной смеси; 5) другие работы. Для большинства автотранспортных предприятий все перевозки логично делятся: 1) на перевозки собственных грузов; 2) оказание транспортных услуг сторонним организациям.
