Is Job Satisfaction a Moderator or Mediator on the Relationship between Change Leadership and Commitment to Change?

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the mediating effects of job satisfaction on the relationship between change leadership and commitment to change in the Indonesia's State Owned Companies setting.
