Tomita et al [19] reported that streptococci and E. rhusiopathiae were isolated from most of the bacterial endocarditis cases in slaughtered pigs. Generally, the distribution of bacterial species from swine endocarditis varies according to the area, the age and the state of breeding, and consequently a wide range of data are reported.…”
