Kaji eksperimental pengeringan biji kopi dengan menggunakan sistem konveksi paksa

Abstract: AbstrakSelama ini hasil panen biji kopi di Aceh dijual oleh petani dalam keadaan masih basah (buah gelondong), walaupun ada sebagian yang dikeringkan sebelum menjualnya. Namun proses pengeringan yang dilakukan masih secara alami atau tradisional yaitu dibawah sinar matahari yang membutuhkan waktu sangat lama dan kurang higienisnya produk yang dihasilkan.
