The purpose of this study is to determine the level of breeders' and artificial inseminators' skills on reproductive management, reproductive efficiencies of their beef cows, and the effect of their skills on reproductive managements on the level of reproductive efficiency of their beef cows. The method used in this research is a case study with qualitative approach. The respondents were beef cattle breeders and inseminators. From the results of this study, it is indicated that breeders' knowledge on reproductive management is categorized into lacking. On the other hand, breeders' attitude on Upsus Siwab program is categorized into "agreed", and breeders' skills in implementing reproductive management are categorized into "sometimes". Moreover, inseminators' knowledge on technical artificial insemination (AI) is categorized into "knowing", inseminators' attitudes on AI are categorized into "agreed", and inseminators' skills on technical AI are categorized into -capable‖ and "always". Besides, it is found that 50.9% of Service per Conception is infertile, 47.3% is less fertile, and 1.8% is normal. For the Calving Rate, it is found that 98.2% are categorized into excellent (80%-90%), and the Calving interval value is 100% categorized into optimal (12 months).

Kartika Aqasa Bhakti Flight Vocational School is located at Jalan Jembawan Raya No. 20 A Semarang, this Vocational School is the only school in the city of Semarang with a concentration in aviation majors, namely Airframe and Powerplant and Aircraft Electrical. In its development, the school management has always carried out efforts to improve the competence of maintenance teachers in the Airframe Powerplant major through training, visits, and other forms, but other forms of additional programs are still needed. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training in carrying out repairs to sheet metal under airframe manufacturing standards as well as competence in the field of airframe maintenance required. The implementation of the community service chosen is a form of training, both theory and practice for competency in repairing sheet metal in aircraft. Implementation of online training through zoom and hands-on practice. Implementing sheet metal repair introduction training for teachers, it can increase the competence of teachers who have an undergraduate education background so that it helps in the teaching and learning process at the Kartika Aqasa Bhakti Aviation Vocational School Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya jumlah dan kompetensi guru bidang produktif sekolah menengah kejuruan, khususnya bidang produktif SMK penerbangan. Data pemerintah tahun 2019 memperlihatkan mayoritas postur tenaga pengajarnya masih didominasi oleh kategori bidang normatif adaptif atau guru umum, sedangkan guru produktif yang mengajar materi pelajaran sesuai bidang keahliannya masih rendah, berada pada prosentase di bawah 35 %. SMK Penerbangan Kartika Aqasa Bhakti berlokasi di Jalan Jembawan Raya No. 20 A Semarang, SMK ini adalah satu- satunya sekolah yang ada di Kota Semarang dengan konsentrasi jurusan bidang penerbangan, yaitu Airframe dan Powerplant serta Kelistrikan Pesawat Udara. Dalam perkembangannya, manajemen sekolah selalu melaksanakan upaya – upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi keahlian guru bidang maintenance pada jurusan Airframe Powerplant melalui pelatihan – pelatihan, kunjungan dan bentuk lain tetapi masih diperlukan bentuk program tambahan lain. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kompetensi dalam melakukan repair pada sheet metal sesuai dengan standar manufacture airframe. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakt ini melalui pelahitan on site baik teori maupun praktek hands on. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan dasar sheet metal repair adalah para guru-guru bidang produuktif memiliki kompetensi dalam melaksanakan sheet metal repair sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa bidang airframe.

Modules are very useful for students if they are developed based on student characteristics for entrepreneurship courses in the new normal era. For this reason, the objective of this study was to describe the development of STEM-based chemistry learning module based on the characteristics of chemistry students in the new normal era for the entrepreneurship course. The topic of entrepreneurship discussed in this study was goat weight gain. The subjects of this study were the fifth semester students of Chemistry Education. The research method was descriptive. The data were triangulated based on the results of interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The questionnaire was valid with a reliability coefficient of 0.763, greater than the minimum limit of 0.600. The results showed that the students strongly agreed to like to read (35,7%), motivated (35,7), liked to search the internet (78,57%) and 78.57% of them studied the topic of gaining the weight of peanut goats by reading module, and 82.14% of them liked partnership in goat entrepreneurship. The conclusion is that the chemistry learning module has been developed for the entrepreneurship course, and the module is based on student characteristics and STEM, and is characterized by chemistry, which fulfill the research objectives.
