Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes was made separately from the Criminal Code (Weetboek van Straftrecht) to make social sanctions an alternative to the imposition of other basic sanctions, but the technical implementation is still not yet clear. Based on this, researchers focus on recommendations for implementing social sanctions in cases of corruption in the health sector. The method used is normative juridical, namely through an approach and analysis of the relevant laws and regulations, the results of which can then be used as recommendations in the form of SOPs. The research results found that the Criminal Reform Policy Analysis in the New Criminal Code provides a better scope than the previous Criminal Code because the variety of contents in the new Criminal Code provides many choices of basic criminal sanctions. Recommendations for the application of social work punishment are part of the theory of legal objectives and a form of justice for victims, as well as criminal alternatives as supplements for perpetrators of criminal acts. Alternative social work criminal sanctions, which have just been included in the New Criminal Code through Law Number 1 of 2023, can be applied to corruption crimes in the health sector in the form of additional social criminal sanctions

Tambakrejo Village has a unique landscape appearance. The landscape’s appearance needs to be identified to determine the potential of natural resources. The purpose of this study is to inventory the potential of natural resources using smartphones so they can be used sustainably by local communities. The method used in this study is a field survey by collecting data related to natural resources with a spatial approach. The applications used are Avenza Maps and Kobo Collect. The results showed that Tambakrejo Village has several types of landforms, including karst, coastal, old volcanic hills, and alluvial plains (fluvial). These landforms have different natural resource potentials from other landforms. The karst area has land, water, landscape, mineral, and biological resources. Alluvial plains have water and land resources. Meanwhile, in the old volcanic hills, there are forest and land resources, and the coastal areas are in the form of mangrove resources, coral reefs, and seagrass beds. These resources must be managed wisely and carefully so that their sustainability can be maintained. This is because inappropriate natural resource management can cause drought in limestone areas, flooding in alluvial plains, and land degradation in limestone and hilly areas.Desa Tambakrejo memiliki kenampakan bentang alam yang cukup unik. Kenampakan bentang alam tersebut perlu diidentifikasi untuk mengetahui potensi sumber daya alam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menginventarisasi potensi sumber daya alam dengan menggunakan telepon pintar agar dapat dimanfaatkan secara berkelanjutan oleh masyarakat lokal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah survei lapangan dengan melakukan pendataan terkait sumber daya alam dengan pendekatan keruangan. Aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu Avenza Maps dan Kobo Collect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Tambakrejo memiliki beberapa jenis bentuk lahan antara lain karst, kepesisiran, perbukitan vulkanik tua, dan dataran aluvial (fluvial). Bentuk lahan tersebut memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang berbeda dengan bentuk lahan yang lain. Adapun daerah karst memiliki sumber daya lahan, air, lanskap, mineral, dan sumber daya hayati. Pada dataran aluvial memiliki sumber daya air dan lahan. Sementara pada perbukitan vulkanik tua berupa sumber daya hutan dan lahan, dan daerah kepesisiran berupa sumber daya mangrove, terumbu karang, dan padang lamun. Sumber daya tersebut harus dikelola bijaksana dan penuh kehati-hatian agar kelestariannya dapat terjaga. Hal ini dikarenakan pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang tidak sesuai dapat menyebabkan bencana kekeringan pada daerah batu gamping, banjir pada dataran aluvial, dan degradasi lahan pada daerah batu gamping dan daerah perbukitan.

This study aims to determine the geographical factors for the salt suitability index ini Lete Konda village, to the determine the geographical factors for the salt saitability index in lete konda village, loura district, southwest sumba district. The method used in this study is the matching method with observation data. This research was conduted in the village of lete konda. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research using the IKG salt suitability index analisys method. The data documentation. Geographic factor analisys is measured using the IKG salt suitability inndex, to be able to determine the suitability of geographical factors at the location salt production. Based on the resuts of the analisys, it is known that the geographical factor for the salt suitability index in lete konda village, loura district,southwest sumba regency for rainfall is not suitable (S2) soil permeability is quite suitable (S1), sun exposure is conditionally appropriate (S2), air humidity is very low. Soutable (S1), wind speed is quite suitable (S2), air temperature is very suitable (S1), evaporatin is quite suitable (S2), water saturation is conditionally appropriareta (S1), soil texture is quite flare (S2), seawater salinity is very suitable (S1). Geographical factors for the salt suitabilty index are very suitable, quit suitable,condisitionally appropriare, and not suitable.
