Abstract: Protease is an enzyme that can hydrolyze protein into simpler compounds, i.e peptides and amino acids. Microbial Proteases have the  potency to be applied in industries such as detergents, skins, silver recovery, dairy, baking, beverages and pharmaceutical industries.
