KARAKTERISTIK DAN AKTIVITAS ANTIOKSIDAN HIDROLISAT PROTEIN IKAN NIKE (Awaous melanocephalus)

Abstract: Ikan nike adalah salah satu jenis ikan endemik di provinsi Gorontalo. Ikan nike ini memiliki keunikan tersendiri yaitu siklus pemunculannya terjadi dalam jumlah besar pada lokasi tertentu terdapat di muara Sungai Bone, keberadaan nike yang musiman perlu dimanfaatkan secara baik-baik.
