<p><em>This research discusses the potential for expansion of the "Salsabila" as an UMKM actor into a modern cafe during the post-pandemic era. This research uses quantitative and qualitative data collection methods and quantitative descriptive analysis data processing which will be formulated into numbers. The research results show that the expansion shows positive potential based on financial and market aspects. The decline in F&B growth rate after the pandemic is considered not to affect the potential of the F&B industry. This is indicated by the annual increase in the real income of the creative industry in 2017-2021. Apart from that, the payback period, IRR and NPV of this expansion show a positive value or can be said to be feasible in terms of investment value analysis.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the distribution pattern of the people's scale pineapple commodity supply chain in Punggur District, calculate the marketing margin in the supply chain for community scale pineapple commodities in Punggur District, and analyze the value added of agro-industry. pineapple on the people's scale in Punggur District. The sampling method was simple random sampling. The number of samples for pineapple farmers was taken as many as 39 people and traders involved in pineapple supply chain channels, pineapple agro-industry players and end consumers. The method used to take samples of traders and end consumers with the snowball method is to follow the flow of the pineapple commodity supply chain from producers to consumers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches. The added value of the pineapple agro-industry was analyzed using the calculation of the added value of hayami. The results showed that the pineapple supply chain actors in the research area included; farmers, traders, retailers, and pineapple agro-industry. Farmers as pineapple cultivators are the primary members of the people's scale pineapple supply chain. The target market for people's scale pineapple products is the domestic market, namely markets inside and outside the province of Lampung. The distribution pattern of the dominant pineapple supply chain through intermediaries consists of 3 patterns. The products sold have 3 standards, namely grade A, Grade B, and Grade C. The marketing margin of fresh pineapple agribusiness between farmers and collectors is 26.51%. The increasing trend of coffee consumption leads to Agrowisata N8â€™s plan to open a coffee shop in their lodging area as an addition to their facilities and asset utilization that are expected to provide economic value. The aim of this study is to obtain a feasibility analysis of a coffee shop that located in Agrowisata N8 Malabar with a qualitative research method and a case study approach. Data collection techniques carried out in the form of library research, interviews, observation and documentation. This feasibility study are observed from legal aspect, market and marketing aspect, environmental aspect, management and human resources aspect, technical and technological aspect andÂ financial aspects with the calculation of the feasibility of investment such as NPV, IRR, Net B/C and Payback Period. The results showed that based on the non-financial aspect, this coffee shop is feasible to run. Financial analysis of Agrowisata N8 coffee shop shows an NPV value of Rp. 82,929,169, an IRR value of 49.51%, a Net B / C of 1.78 and a payback period of 2 years and 4 months.Â Keywords: Coffee Shop, Feasibility Study, Malabar
