The purpose of this study is to obtain a real picture of the cultural intelligence of students in East Priangan and analyze it from the point of view of the dynamics of individual development and the philosophy of life of the Sundanese ethnic community. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses a descriptive method. Collecting data using a questionnaire to reveal the level of cultural intelligence of students which is then analyzed conceptually and empirically from the point of view of the dynamics of human development. The results showed that the achievement of cultural intelligence of students in East Priangan was above the average. The empirical results indicate that the psychophysical efforts of students to be able to adapt effectively and normatively in a higher education environment are close to optimal. This condition was determined by the real embodiment of the mandates contained in several Sundanese ethnic heritage texts from generation to generation both in thinking, feeling, and behaving.

<em><span>The SW6 family spread in several locations creates multiculturalism on WhatsApp social media groups. This study tries to describe the meaning of multiculturalism family on the WhatsApp group for the family members. This study is qualitative type using virtual ethnographic approach to describe the reality. The results of the study reveal that the experience of communication experienced is referred to as an archipelago insight experience. Cultural intelligence is assessed from the personal activeness of family members and information shared. When talking about something outside of its cultural values, there are some of the family members who choose to be silent, there are some who choose to ask questions to understand, but there are some who directly express their feelings. Communication culture can also be seen from the personal activeness of each members, there is a silent reader, some respond when needed, some are positioned as followers and some are dominant.</span></em>

Konflik yang terjadi di masyarakat disebabkan oleh perbedaan yang pada dasarnya semua individu memiliki perbedaan satu sama lain, namun bisa saja ketika mereka sadar akan perbedaan itu timbul rasa tidak nyaman atau tidak suka dan menyebabkan sebuah konflik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan proses konselor multibudaya dalam menyelesaikan konflik di masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yang artinya bahan atau data yang diambil dan diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan penelitian sumbernya dari perpustakaan. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (a) pemilihan topik, (b) eksplorasi informasi, (c) menentukan fokus penelitian, (d) pengumpulan sumber data, (e) persiapan penyajian data, dan (f) penyusunan laporan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses konseling yang dilakukan oleh seorang konselor multibudaya dalam menghadapi berbagai konflik di masyarakat harus memiliki potensi dalam banyak hal yang meliputi kompetensi kemampuan kesadaran akan nilai-nilai budaya, memiliki peran penting bagi konselor dalam melakukan konseling multibudaya, memiliki pandangan pada dunia klien, dan strategi intervensi, kecerdasan intelektual, kearifan dan kepekaan agar proses konseling kemudian akan berjalan lancar tanpa adanya hambatan.
