Kepemimpinan Intrapreneurship, Budaya Sekolah dan Kinerja Inovasi Guru

Abstract: AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan intrapreneurship, budaya sekolah dan kinerja inovasi guru SD Negeri di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasi.
